The end of the year is full of traditions, like crafting resolutions, shopping for holiday gifts, and prepping hangover treatments for New Year’s Day. And for music fans, Spotify Wrapped is now one of those end-of-year traditions.

Thus far, the music and podcast streaming service has not announced a release date for its ninth annual system-wide and personalized music trend wrap-up. But here’s when Kalshi traders think it will be released

When can we “wrap things up”?

Spotify has released its Wrapped feature between Nov. 29-Dec. 6 in the last nine years. So far, there hasn’t been any hint or indication of a solid release date, but Spotify has a website in place teasing 2025’s annual wrap-up of the year’s music trends.

Traders are currently pricing the market at 98 cents each for Spotify to release its interactive Wrapped feature before Dec. 7 or 8. Shares are trading 94 cents on a release before Dec. 6 and 92 cents before Dec. 4.  But there’s only a 16% chance fans see it before December 3rd, suggesting a possible Wednesday release.

Who’s on top?

Traders are also confident about which album and artist will take the top spots on Spotify Wrapped once it is released.

Country singer Morgan Wallen’s I’m the Problem is at 93 cents as the most listened to album on Spotify this past year. Bad Bunny’s DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS finished in a very distant 6 cents followed by Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl at 3 cents.

The results differ for the year’s top artist on Spotify. Bad Bunny is the clear leader, so far, among traders at 97 cents followed by Taylor Swift at 2 cents. Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Chappell Roan, Drake, Bruno Mars, Wallen and Beyoncé all place at less than 1 cent each among traders.

Morgan Wallen and Bad Bunny’s banner year

It’s no surprise Morgan and Bad Bunny ranked so high among Kalshi traders. Both had stellar years with respective albums in 2025. Wallen’s I’m the Problem album spent 27 weeks on the top of Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart and 12 weeks on the top of the Billboard 200 chart.

Bad Bunny’s sixth solo album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS spent more than 20 weeks in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart and he’ll perform the first predominantly Spanish-language performance at the Super Bowl. DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS also won best album of the year at the 2025 Latin Grammys. Bad Bunny also picked up six nominations for next year’s Grammys, including Record, Album and Song of the Year, making him the first Spanish-language artist to receive all three nominations in a single year.

The takeaway:

Kalshi markets now forecast:

  • Spotify Wrapped’s 2025 release date before Dec. 7 or 8: 98%

  • Morgan Wallen’s I’m the Problem top album on Spotify Wrapped 2025: 94%

  • Bad Bunny as top artist on Spotify Wrapped 2025: 97%
