Neither team's franchise quarterback will play. Ravens coach Jesse Minter confirmed Lamar Jackson and other established starters will sit out, and Jalen Hurts, who has not taken a preseason snap since 2022, is expected to sit again for Philadelphia.

Philadelphia's 63% favorite status, despite both teams resting their franchise quarterbacks, reflects the market weighing roster depth and reigning-champion continuity over any single player's presence.

Jackson's absence puts Baltimore's offense in the hands of a three-man rotation: Tyler Huntley, Skylar Thompson, and Joe Fagnano will split time Saturday. Tanner McKee and Andy Dalton continue their competition for the primary backup job behind Hurts on the Philadelphia side.
