Kalshi traders have shifted toward Chuk Anyanwu as the most likely elimination from the Big Brother house Thursday night, following a week of shifting alliances and a pivotal Power of Veto decision.
The Week 5 elimination market now shows Chuk in the lead at 65%, followed by Haley Thogmartin at 41%, and Barrett Pfeiffer at 1%.

Why is Chuk the favorite?
LaTrice Verrett had some knives out for Haley and some of the other houseguests this week.
TV Insider's Rebecca Perlmutter wrote that LaTrice nominated Barrett, Haley and Chuk Anyanwu for possible elimination. Chuk revealed he would pick LaTrice if he won, so "she decided to put the biggest threats to her game straight on the block, instead of backdooring someone later in the week. Right now, Haley is her target. As she put it, 'Game on, y'all.'"
One of the biggest surprises of the week happened when Kamu won the Power of Veto. Some thought he might use it on his closest allies, Haley and Chuk. Instead, “Kamu chose not to use it and leave the nominations the same, showing the other side of the house that he is turning over a new leaf.”
Things have also been getting really emotional in the house, especially between Angela Murray and Haley. Angela voted against Lyric Medeiros, who was eliminated last week, and lied about it. She became so overwhelmed with guilt that she broke down and confessed the whole thing to Haley, "which led to a huge argument among the Red Corner alliance."
“I’m absolutely in shock,” Angela said on the episode. “I’m hurt. Angela really played that ‘Mom’ card to me. I never truly would think in a million years that she would do something like that to me…This is more than just a vote and I know it seems in her eyes maybe minor, but I don’t know her and I would recover from this.”
Big Brother Network's recap noted that while Haley was LaTrice's original target, the house has begun moving toward Chuk as the eviction. "Sending Chuk out would leave Haley as a popular target and easy choice in a pinch, but would that [sic] be a dangerous move should she secure another [Head of Household]."
"While we've seeing [sic] Kamu shift and work to get himself back into the social game after the blindside, I just don't see that happening with Haley," the recap said. The market's shift toward Chuk suggests traders believe the house may ultimately prioritize keeping Haley as a convenient future target over removing her now.
